The Langtang region offers an unparalleled combination of natural beauty and culture riches. The unscathed woodlands house over 1000 different species of flora and 150 species of birds and wild animals, including barking deer, snow leopards, bears, wild sheep, languor monkeys, and the famous red panda.
The terraced fields and grazing Yaks have been maintained for countless generations by Tibetan, Yolmo and Tamang people who display their vibrant culture. All this is draped with a tapestry of himalayan peaks including Ganesh Himal (7422m), Langtang Lirung (7246m), Gang Chhenpo (6388m, and the Tibet range.
A favourite amongst many clients, and the homeland of most of our guides and porters. Here you will be welcomed like one of the family.
